Shipping costs
Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum spend, to the following destinations: the European Union, the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Norway and Switzerland.
Processing time
Orders are usually handed to the carrier within 2 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link as soon as your parcel leaves.
Estimated delivery
- European Union: 5–10 business days
- United Kingdom, Norway, Switzerland: 7–12 business days
- United States, Canada: 8–15 business days
These are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, customs checks and public holidays can add time.
Tracking
Every shipment is tracked. If tracking has not updated for 7 days, email hello@pethaze.com with your order number and we will investigate with the carrier.
Customs and duties
Prices are charged in your local currency at checkout. Any import duty or tax charged by your own country on delivery is the recipient's responsibility.
Wrong or damaged item
If the parcel arrives damaged or the item is not what you ordered, email us within 30 days with a photo and we will replace it or refund it. See our Refund Policy.
